When you contact us

If you email or call us, we process the details you give us (mainly your name, email, phone number, company name and the content of your message) so we can reply and prepare a proposal.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for other questions, our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• How long: up to 2 years after our last contact if we don't end up working together. If we do, we keep the data for the duration of the project and then for the periods required by law (for example, 10 years for accounting records).

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

Only if you consent, we use Google Analytics 4. It helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Without your consent, Google Analytics isn't loaded at all.

• What data: pages visited, where you came from, device and browser type, approximate location (country, city) and clicks on contact links, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. Google Analytics 4 doesn't store IP addresses, and the data doesn't tell us who you are.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 109(8) of the Slovak Electronic Communications Act No. 452/2021).
• Who has access: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as our processor. Data may also be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• How long: 14 months.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings in the page footer. When you withdraw it, we delete the Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing that took place before it.

What your browser remembers

Your cookie choice (accepted or declined, when, and which version of the banner) is stored in your browser's storage (localStorage, key forloop-consent) for 12 months, so we don't ask on every visit. When you switch language, the site briefly remembers where you were on the page (sessionStorage) and deletes it right away. This data never leaves your browser, is needed for the site to work and doesn't require consent.

Hosting

The site runs on servers of our web hosting provider, who acts as our processor. On every visit the server automatically writes technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). They are used for security and troubleshooting, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and the provider deletes them automatically after a short time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and get a copy,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased or its processing restricted,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Just email us at the address above. We'll reply within one month. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

We don't do profiling or automated decision-making, and we never sell your data.
